REVENUE PROJECTIONS EXISTING / 13 SUITES

LOLA is launching as an upscale boutique hotel under the Coco B Isla brand in early 2022. The combined properties have been designed to optimize both the expanse and amenities of the offering as well as revenue as a luxury boutique hotel and villa offering. Upon request can be provided projections for revenue for 13 suites based on 5 year projections in current and improving market conditions. The projected returns are based on rooms division, food & beverage, and additional revenue streams with a starting ADR of $450 USD average across 13 suites and improving across the 5 year term. The properties are currently running almost exclusively as private villa offerings with exceptional occupancy and rtevenue across 2021 and into 2022.

REVENUE PROJECTIONS EXPANDED to 16 SUITES (including petite spa)

The combined properties have the potential for expansion with permits for 3 additional suites. The revenue projections have been contemplated for up to 16 suites (Including Petite Spa) and are based on a hybrid of private villa rentals plus hotel inventory with starting ADR of $450 USD.
